Our client is a NZ owned and operated business who manufacture geosynthetic products and block retaining systems. They're currently seeking an experienced forklift operator to join their team in Rolleston for an all-round position.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 7.00am-5.00pm.
Daily duties will include:
- Forklift operating (F+OSH required)
- Manufacturing block retaining systems
- Splitting moulds & cleaning excess concrete out of moulds
- Use of power tools and sledge hammer
- Sweeping, cleaning, tidying site
- General labouring as required
- Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking someone who is physically fit and capable of all labouring duties around the yard.
Applicants need:
- Full class 1 driver’s licence with F endorsement
- Current forklift OSH certificate
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Own reliable transport
