Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
The Team Leader Cleaning is responsible for providing leadership and support to staff who deliver cleaning services at our client sites. Spotless currently provides cleaning services at various facilities, including hospitals, public service buildings, commercial premises, public facilities, manufacturing plants, and Defence sites.
This role entails working in a diverse environment and interacting with multiple stakeholders. The position therefore requires the individual to organise and prioritise their work and that of their staff in order to meet strict deadlines, contract key performance indicators and to ensure that key stakeholders are satisfied with a high standard of service.
Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills
- Minimum of 2 -5 years’ experience leading cleaning staff or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in the supervision of cleaning services.
- Ability to develop positive relationships and build a collaborate culture.
- Sound written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Highly developed attention to detail.
- Focus on customer service and delivery of quality outcomes.
