Mō te tūnga | About the role
As an Integrated Safety Response Administrator – Family Harm you will be responsible for attending and providing administration support at the multi-agency Safety Assessment Meetings

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of multi-agency family harm data into the Case Management System at Safety Assessment and Intensive Case Management Meetings.
  • Schedule and provide accurate lists and information to partner agencies for Safety Assessments.
  • Add, and maintain information to the case management system as it is provided.
  • Record and update cases as appropriate as a case progresses.

Whakaritenga motuhake | Special requirements
This role is firmly across 0700-1500 pm roster will be confirmed with successful application, however ISR does operate 7 days per week, and a Saturday or Sunday shift will be required. Hours are non-negotiable.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,526 and $66,312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
