The Role: You will join a highly skilled team of ClinicalPsychologists and Counsellors working across a variety of cases and client groups, ranging from children to adults. You will provide assessments and short- and long-term interventions for individuals with a range of mental health needs. The role offers diversity, leadership, and flexibility, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the community while developing your skills.
Responsibilities:
Deliver psychological assessments and interventions for a wide range of clients.
Work autonomously while being part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Engage with clients from a variety of organisations, including ACC, Oranga Tamariki, MoH, and private payers.
Participate in clinical supervision and professional development to enhance your skill set.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of three year’s clinical experience working with mental health difficulties.
Experience in assessing and treating a broad range of mental health issues.
Full Membership with the relevant professional body (NZPB, NZAC, NZAP).
Willingness to become ACC registered to provide services under the Sensitive Claims Contract.
A full NZ driver’s license is preferred.
