Roller Operator

Our client is a respected player in the civil construction industry, delivering high-quality projects across the Bay of Plenty. We are seeking a reliable Roller Operator to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio of successful projects.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Roller Operator with at least 1 year of experience and the relevant certifications to work on a range of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to deliver quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate rollers to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials.
  • Assist with ground preparation and ensure the quality of the surface.
  • Work in compliance with site safety regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a roller operator.
  • Relevant certificates and licenses.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction processes.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
