Role Overview:

We are looking for a Roller Operator with at least 1 year of experience and the relevant certifications to work on a range of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to deliver quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate rollers to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials.
Assist with ground preparation and ensure the quality of the surface.
Work in compliance with site safety regulations.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a roller operator.
Relevant certificates and licenses.
Strong understanding of civil construction processes.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
