We are seeking a Senior Advisor to work on Employment Policy. The team this role sits in works exclusively on regulatory pieces of policy work which will see you engage across several significant bills. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape and manage policy projects in complex and sensitive areas.
You will be contributing to the strategic view of the policy agenda, applying advanced frameworks and methods of analysis, and developing innovative, practical, effective and durable policy options. Your ability to be comfortable when navigating a changing political environment and capability to develop strategic policy options will be vital to ensuring the efficient delivery of work.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Advisor, you will be at the forefront of shaping and managing policy projects in complex areas.
You will also take on responsibility, utilising your ability to lead a range of regulatory policy. Your experience should allow you to effectively provide legislative and regulatory advice to make informed decisions.
