Job Description

BestStart is seeking Reliever Caregivers to join our team in Wanaka. Our relievers play a vital role in supporting our centres across the city, ensuring our Tamariki receive the best care and learning experiences every day. BestStart proudly operates one centre in Wanaka—BestStart Pinnacles—and has additional centres in Queenstown, Arrowtown, and Alexandra, all less than an hour’s drive away.

As a Reliever Caregiver, you will:

  • Work alongside permanent staff to support the daily activities of the classroom.
  • Provide care, guidance, and engagement for our Tamariki.
  • Take initiative and contribute to a positive learning environment.
  • Enjoy variety—no two days are the same.
