Our Customer Services Centre is looking for a calm, professional and customer service focused person who can work through issues, think on their feet and provide speedy responses to our customers.

You may have previous experience in customer service roles and are looking to get back into that environment, or just naturally have life experience and maturity to manage in a fast paced and challenging role.
We are looking for someone who is able to use initiative, cope with upset customers and follow-up on every query to ensure maximum satisfaction in the resolution process.
Hours: Tuesday - Fridays 9am-2.30pm
