Job Description

Are you an experienced office administrator with a wide range of administrative, financial, and operational skills? Are you able to prioritise, track and multitask a range of different tasks whilst producing timely and accurate work? This role suits someone who likes getting involved and adding value to the team.

Tasks include:

  • Reception duties including answering phone, emails and greeting visitors.
  • liaising with clients on a regular basis.
  • Financial tasks including accounts receivable/payable, PO, PAYE and reconciling bank accounts and credit cards.
  • PA duties including sales administrative support, arranging travel, couriers, emails and stationery.
  • Updating Job cards, run sheets / books and boards.
  • Vehicle oversight including keeping records of WOF, Rego and servicing.
  • Assemble and assist with proposals and Ad-hoc projects/tasks.
  • Preparing and following up on internal reports.
  • Effective administering and improvement of internal systems and procurement processes.
  • Other general office duties including administration support to staff as required and keeping the office clean and tidy.


Role Requirements:

  • Strong experience with administration and accounts.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Accurate, honest and reliable.
  • Excellent spoken English and communication / customer service abilities.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Clear Ministry of Justice (MOJ) history.
  • Experience with technical drawings (draft site / CAD) would be a bonus.
  • Horticulture or landscaping knowledge would be a bonus.


Must already living in and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand - NZ / Aust Citizenship or NZ Permanent Residency. Overseas candidates will not be considered. This role is not suitable for visa sponsorship.
