Are you an experienced Residential Estimator with a flair for numbers and a knack for Buildertrend? Join a small but mighty residential building team in Wellington on a contract basis.

About the role:
This part-time contract role focuses on major renovations for 3–4 bedroom homes and occasional new builds. Your tasks will include:

• Labour and carpentry material take-offs.
• Coordinating sub-contractor pricing.
• Using the estimating section of Buildertrend – experience with this is non-negotiable.

You’ll support a 9-person team, enabling the owner to focus on project management and business development.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven residential estimating experience.
• Strong skills in Buildertrend estimating.
• Ability to deliver accurate work for around 10 projects annually, each taking about 20–25 hours to complete.
