We are looking for a passionate and proactive People and Culture Coordinator to join our team and support our mission in creating a positive, engaging workplace environment.

Role Overview:

The People and Culture Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the People and Culture team in executing day-to-day HR and people-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR space, helping to deliver programs that promote a positive company culture, support employee engagement, and facilitate effective people processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment process, including posting job adverts.
  • Employment, administrative and systems management activities associated with onboarding, transfer/promotion, and offboarding of employees
  • Drafting and preparing letters, agreements and information in relation to a number of employment related matters
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases and EC platform through SAP Success Factors with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in managing performance reviews and feedback cycles
  • Help ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements
  • Create and maintain our company SharePoint sites
  • Manage central HR inbox correspondence and respond to general queries
  • Other ad hoc HR generalist duties and support to members of the HR team
  • Developing and maintaining procedural manuals, integrating industry best practices with regular documentation audits.
  • Collaborating on P&C and L&D initiatives


Key Qualifications:

  • Recently graduated with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine interest in People and Culture, employee experience, and organizational development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
