Role
Supporting a busy CEO of 3 entities requires a high level of business intelligence and self-awareness. This role is about being:

  • The right hand, being the eyes and ears while being one step ahead for the CEO
  • Ensure the CEO can do what he does best – provide effective leadership and vision for the company to grow.


Due to the involvement that this CEO has, it is crucial for him to have someone who can provide solid EA support through:

  • Preparing his upcoming calendar schedule
  • Fully brief and debrief on meetings and attend where needed
  • Overarching summary preparation of documentation
  • Show an interest in the many areas of the business
  • Manage appointments, build strong internal and external relationships


Alongside the EA work, will be an element of project work to ensure the executive team’s office is running smoothly so a proactive “can do, just leave it with me” is needed.

You
You understand what is needed as the expert of all things EA and you know you will thrive supporting at CEO level.

  • If you enjoy the challenge of understanding the workings of a company, this will align very well to this role.
  • Having good intuition, learning agility, confidence and self-awareness will stand you in good stead and ensure your success.


This business is massive on professional and personal development and there are success stories of this throughout the business including previous EA’s to the previous CEO. They are still there but in very different roles!
