Job Description

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? Are you passionate about sharing unforgettable experiences with guests from all over the world? We're on the hunt for a friendly, switched-on team player to join our Queenstown-based Guest Services & Rentals crew - a key role in connecting our guests to the magic of Cardrona, Treble Cone, and RealNZ.

As the first point of contact for many of our snow-loving guests, you'll play a vital role in creating seamless, welcoming, and informative experiences. Whether it's helping someone gear up with the perfect rental, managing bookings, or getting them on the right transport - you'll be at the heart of the action.

You'll be providing friendly, accurate advice on mountain conditions, products, and services, while driving sales across Cardrona, Treble Cone, and RealNZ experiences. Your days will be full of variety - helping guests with rentals, retail purchases, bookings, and transport logistics. You'll also keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring our spaces are clean, welcoming, and our transactions are spot-on.

Who are we looking for?

  • A natural communicator with great people skills
  • Detail-oriented and confident working with systems and point-of-sale
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, guest-facing environment
  • Proactive and positive with a solutions-focused attitude
  • Keen to share your love for the mountains and the RealNZ experience

What's in it for you?

Working with us means more than just a job - it's a lifestyle. You'll score a free season pass to Cardrona and Treble Cone, plus access to a range of RealNZ experiences either free or at seriously discounted rates. Whether it's a day on the slopes, a cruise on the Earnslaw, or a Doubtful Sound adventure, we make it easy for you to enjoy the best of the Southern Lakes. You'll be part of a fun, supportive team that's passionate about the mountains, our guests, and creating unforgettable moments every day.
