About the Role
This multifaceted role is central to the smooth running of their Auckland office and facilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a professional environment, manage visitor safety briefings, contractor inductions, and meeting room bookings
  • Assist the Factory Leadership Team with meeting schedules, correspondence, and distribution of communications
  • Stock consumables for office, kitchen, and factory spaces, and oversee the admin budget
  • Organise staff events and travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation
  • HR & Onboarding Assistance
  • Maintain administrative systems, manage credit card allocations, and oversee archiving systems
  • Assisting with Ad-Hoc Projects

Skills and Experience
