Bordering the sandy shores of St Clair and St Kilda beach Little Wonders St Kilda offers a fun-loving and rich programme for infants toddlers and preschoolers. Our well resourced purpose built daycare centre features rooms specially designed for each age and stage giving children increased opportunities to challenge and extend their social emotional and physical development.

Working 25 hours over 5 days Monday – Friday you will join a passionate team of educators making a difference in the lives of tamariki every day!

ECE in Aotearoa is a regulated industry and compliance is paramount - as an Administrator with Evolve you help to keep everything in order and ensure our Kaiako and Centre Leadership teams are well supported to do what they do best - ensuring incredible learning outcomes for Tamariki.

We prioritise the well-being of children whaanau and our teaching staff by offering outstanding facilities quality educational programs and a supportive atmosphere.

Typical areas of focus for your day-to-day would include

  • Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork
  • General admin support to the Centre Manager.
  • Ensuring that every child’s attendance absence pick up and drop off times are accurately recorded.
  • Entering staff hours into our payroll system.
  • Following processes and maintaining the filing system.
  • Banking/invoicing may be included.
