In our chocolate shops, you will find a delicious range of chocolates, truffles, and a large variety of chocolate assortments, truffle slices, and chocolate tablets or bars. We have a chocolate gift for every occasion, including our unique range of NZ chocolate gifts.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced operator to take ownership of sales and service delivery in our flagship Wellington store, nestled in The Old Bank Arcade. 
As the Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the store, including:
• Staff management
• Inventory ordering and management
• Banking
• Customer service
• Staff training
• Merchandising and displays

Qualifications & Experience
• Previous management experience in retail or hospitality is a must.
• A formal qualification, such as a business management course or the New Zealand Certificate in Retail, would be beneficial.
• Previous experience in recruiting, managing, and developing staff.
