Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Conference and Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth and successful execution of our events. You will be responsible for full event coordination, managing relationships with clients and suppliers, and leading the operations team to deliver exceptional events that meet our high standards. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that every event runs seamlessly and that our clients' needs are not only met but exceeded!
The perfect candidate will bring
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality and event management
- Proven ability to thrive in high-paced, agile customer-focused environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- License Controller Qualification or General Manager Certificate (preferred)
- Full driving license (preferred)
We’re looking for a team player who is adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, depending on event schedules. Your flexibility and commitment will help ensure that every event is a success!
