About the role

Reporting to the Building Manager, the Electrical Service Technician will be in charge of installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This will involve reading blueprints, wiring circuits, troubleshooting electrical issues, testing components, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be supporting all building and grounds maintenance at Skyline Queenstown, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the Health and Safety requirements of the maintenance department.

The perfect candidate will have/be:

• a qualified Electrician,
• 2+ years' experience including preventative and reactive maintenance,
• experience servicing appliances,
• general maintenance skills and experience,
• a practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks,
• first aid trained,
• a full clean driver’s license with the ability to drive a manual.
