Are you an experienced Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity in a lively and supportive team environment? Look no further! We're seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join our clients team in the Thames/Kopu area ASAP!

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4:30PM

Location:
Thames/Kopu

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - confident using Word, Excel, Outlook and other office tools
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail - able to juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly
  • Great customer service and communication - professional and friendly, both in person and over the phone
  • Comfortable in an office and hands on environment - happy working at a desk but getting out and about when needed
  • Phone confidence - comfortable making and receiving calls as well as liaising and handling inquiries
