About the Role
Based at our Whangarei branch, the Customer Services and Claims Officer takes calls and answers emails in support of our customers checking in on their parcel deliveries. As part of a team well-versed in service excellence, you’ll also collaborate with our operations team and courier drivers in locating parcels, working towards the shared goal of ensuring customers’ freight is getting where it needs to be.
This is a fixed-term, part time position, working Monday to Friday 10:00am - 2:30pm with rostered Saturdays 8:00am - 11:00am. This position is fixed-term from March 2025 until August 2025.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing reception counter and responding to visiting customers
Handling customer queries via phone and email
Data entry and processing of misdirected/undeliverable freight.
Assisting in operational and admin duties as required.
