About the Role:
As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be managing and developing relationships with both existing and new customers within your portfolio. You'll be expected to identify business opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that your clients receive top-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Drive new business and sales growth within your market.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to client needs promptly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in account management or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, with a customer-first mindset.
- Results-driven and proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Full, clean New Zealand driver's license is essential.
