Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert: Build strong, lasting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and become the trusted face of the contract.
  • Own the contract: Lead the charge in ensuring risks, issues, and objectives are tackled head-on while guiding the team to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Drive excellence: Regularly review performance, challenge the status quo, and make sure service providers deliver results beyond contractual obligations.
  • Shape financial success: Manage contract financials, ensuring everything aligns to goals and budget while delivering top value for all stakeholders.
  • Solve problems & innovate: Address client concerns, resolve challenges quickly, and bring forward-thinking solutions to the table.

  • Proven contract management expertise, ideally within the facilities management and government sector.
  • Strong ability to manage and motivate teams, while maintaining positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Financial savvy with a solid understanding of budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to navigate complex discussions and build trust.
