We're Looking for an Exceptional Contract Manager!

Our client is based in Te Rapa and prides themselves on providing exceptional facilities management services. They're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Contract Manager to lead and oversee a key contract, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality service delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted point of contact by building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and provide contract guidance, and support to ensure risks, issues, changes and key objectives are met.
  • Ensure service providers meet and exceed contractual obligations, conducting regular reviews and performance assessments.
  • Review and assist with contract management of financial data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns, resolve operational issues, and bring innovative solutions.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in contract management, ideally within the facilities management industry and government contracts.
  • Strong ability to manage and motivate teams, while maintaining positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to navigate complex discussions and build trust.
