As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with unique needs contributing to their overall wellbeing to lead fulfilling lives.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification in level 2 Healthcare, disability support or related field will be preferred
• Preferred but not required competencies in Hoist, Tracheostomy, Ventilator, and PEG Feed
• Own transport with a clean and valid Restricted/Full driver’s license
• Legitimate NZ work rights
• A clean Police check
• Well-prepared and organizedTraining will be provided

Available Shifts:

• Monday to Sunday 8am- 9pm

*(with the opportunity to pick up more shifts as they become available)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily tasks such as low-level personal care
• Usage of hoist equipment correctly and efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care, developmental therapies and medication
• Mobility, positioning, grooming, and general home help
