As our new Global Sales Capability Manager, you’ll bring your experience as a Learning and Development professional with a track record of successfully designing and embedding effective L&D solutions to support & positively impact on sales performance. A passion for growing sales capability in a fast-paced global commercial context will be critical to set your application apart from the rest.

Reporting to our Head of Global Sales Enablement, you will be involved in establishing our Global Sales Capability strategic plan, and will be responsible for delivering to the plan, leading Sales Capability systems and structures. This includes design & development, delivery and evaluation of effective Learning & Development (L&D) solutions to drive high-performance and increase global sales effectiveness. We are 100% united in our leading goal to be the world's most human-centred, #1 premium appliance brand and you will play an integral role in achieving this.

You’ll lead a small team of Learning Specialists, so there is clear opportunity to create meaningful work while coaching and leading others to deliver on key outcomes. You’ll be a smart operator, able to build stakeholder relationships quickly, assessing and assimilating information and business context, and utilising that to deliver high quality outcomes.

Key personal qualities we are looking for:

  • Passion and understanding for the sales context – you know sales, you know salespeople
  • Learning Specialist – proven expertise designing L&D solutions that are fit for purpose
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Strong commercial orientation and judgement
  • Skilled as an influential business partner
  • Strong personal drive for high performance.
