Are you an experienced and reliable Warehouse Person ready for your next step?

We're seeking applications from skilled individuals to join a close-knit team based in Avondale, a hub of opportunity in New Zealand's bustling west.

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Person to join a small, dedicated team, handling everything from picking orders to keeping the warehouse running smoothly. This is your chance to bring your skills to a supportive environment that values hard work, teamwork, and a job well done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy and care.
  • Process dispatch paperwork and check incoming stock for quality.
  • Manage inventory, assist with stocktakes, and keep the warehouse tidy.
  • Operate a forklift (if licensed) and maintain warehouse equipment.
  • Provide customer service and coordinate with sales reps and freight companies.
  • Uphold health and safety standards in all tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse role with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and confidently handle phone orders.
  • Physical fitness and energy for an active, hands-on job.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills for invoicing or systems use.
  • A valid NZ driver's license.
  • Bonus: Forklift license or trade experience (e.g., plumbing or irrigation); not essential.
  • Auckland-based or willing to relocate.

Why Join Us?

  • Consistent Monday-to-Friday hours (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM).
  • Full training and support from a team known for sticking around.
  • A permanent role with a company that looks after its people.
  • Be part of a workplace that values reliability and teamwork.
  • Closing Date for Applications: April 24, 2025
