Our dedicated kaiako celebrate each child's uniqueness, fostering independence, confidence, and growth. We are now seeking an experienced and inspiring Centre Manager to lead our team. About You:

Bachelor of Education (ECE) with current Teacher Certification
Minimum of two years’ experience as a Centre Manager
Strong leadership, operational, and coaching skills
Knowledge of child-led curriculum, Te Whāriki, and ECE regulations
Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practices
Passion for fostering a positive, engaging, and fun learning environment
