Job Description:
Our client is looking for machine operators to join their team in January on the night shift.
You can play a key role in operating and maintaining state-of-the-art machinery in a fast-paced processing plant.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate machinery and assembly lines efficiently to achieve production targets.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure proper product packaging.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Keep accurate production records.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven background in a production or processing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and technical know-how
- Ability to interpret manuals and schematics.
- Attention to Detail.
- Dedication to quality control and precision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
- Ability to pass a full background check and drug test.
