The role:
We are looking for a repair technician to join the night process team which involves inspecting and repairing wooden pallets. This is a physical role in a challenging environment but full training is provided.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Pushing/pulling pallets on and off conveyor belts.
- Examining pallets for defects.
- Removing broken planks and fixing new timber to the product.
- Using a nail gun and other tools.
- Moving and sorting materials as required.
Days and Hours:
Night shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am

Requirements:
- Someone who enjoys working with hand tools is preferred
- Physically fit
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Willing to undergo a Ministry of Justice background check
- Willing to undergo an ACC history check
