Reporting to our Reservations & Sales Manager, we are looking for a Group Reservations Superstar to join our HQ hub in Newmarket, Auckland.
Role Overview:
Work pattern: Full-time, permanent, 5-day work week - Mon - Fri
This key role's mission is to ensure conversion and nurture partner and group business in addition to helping people build their daydreams into a reality!

You will have:
On-point customer service skills
Common Sense
Mature, reliable and able to play an integral part in our customer service success.
Ability to multi-task under pressure
Previous experience with property management systems
A confident yet approachable sales demeanour
A Desire to progress your career.
Impeccable presentation, including written, verbal and dress.
Youth market experience disired
Meaningful/relevant experience in customer service & reservations/call centres & having worked in the tourism industry would be advantageous.
