About the Role
This Entry Level Barista position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from Auckland, Auckland, providing a flexible and convenient work experience. You'll be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our customers, even from afar! This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.
The Role Will Involve
Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks ☕, following standardized recipes.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace 🧽.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently 💵.
Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor 😊.
Communicating effectively with team members and management.
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Participating in remote training and development sessions.
