The Role
As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring production runs efficiently and effectively. This is a straight permanent position offering a balanced mix of office responsibilities (40%) and hands-on leadership alongside the team (60%).
You'll lead a dedicated production team, fostering collaboration, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to strict redline food policies. These policies include specific requirements regarding personal appearance, such as no jewellery, makeup, fake nails, or lashes, to maintain food safety standards.
Days and Hours
- Shift 1: Rotating 4 on 4 off roster, 6 am to 6:30 pm
- Shift 2: Rotating shift pattern consisting of day shifts and afternoon shifts (5am - 2.30pm) and (1.30pm to 11.15pm)
