Job Description

A remediation project is underway, and our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help the project understand solutions required and document the requirements to implement those solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experts and stakeholders to define, document, and gain approval for remediation project criteria.
  • Work with Data Analysts to identify impacted customers/accounts and calculate financial impacts.
  • Validate data, escalate risks, and propose solutions for stakeholder decisions.
  • Support implementation plans, payments, reporting, communications, and escalations.
  • Ensure all remediation approaches align with guidelines and are clearly documented.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst role.
  • Experience working withing the financial sector (banking preferred)
  • Prior experience working a remediation project
  • A collaborative, approachable manner, and be a team player with a positive and pragmatic attitude.


Qualifications: BA certifications (preferred).
