About the role:

Grow your career as an Electrician/Electrical fitter within our team based in Auckland– whether you have previous high voltage experience, or if you are looking for a change from industrial work – this could be your next role.

You will be responsible for the Installation and technical maintenance of electrical equipment including Substations, Transformers, Switchgear, Regulators, and other associated network equipment.

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills

It is essential that you are an experienced Electrician or equivalent with knowledge of the power industry and can offer:

  • Relevant EWRB registration and practising licence
  • Current Class 1 driver’s licence (and Class 2 preferred)
  • Sound knowledge of electrical test equipment, systems and procedures
  • Electricity Distribution or Industrial Electrical experience preferred
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical stamina to carry out manual work, often in trying conditions
