As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with unique needs contributing to their overall wellbeing to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Requirements:
Qualification in Healthcare, disability support or related field
A clean Police check
Competency in PEG Feed and Hoist handling
Proficient in delivering high quality personal care and home help support
Own transport with a clean and valid Restricted/Full driver’s license
Legitimate NZ work rights
Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
Professionally presentable, adaptable, mature and flexible
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, bathing, PEG feeding
Usage of hoist equipment correctly and efficiently
Managing general home help, mobility, positioning and grooming
