We are seeking a Production Worker to join our team in the Die Correction department. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and responsible individual with strong communication skills, a commitment to health and safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Production Worker will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production equipment and processes.
This role is Monday - Friday, 7:30am -4pm with overtime available as required.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment
Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling chemicals
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth production processes
Perform manual handling tasks as required
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Report any production or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Complete tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail
Day-to-Day
Review production schedules and prioritize tasks
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate production activities
Operate and monitor equipment to ensure consistent and high-quality output
Follow safety procedures for handling chemicals and other materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
