We are reshaping the way we deliver IT services at Massey University and are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Governance & Reporting Specialist. This is a new role and an opportunity for you to make your mark leading the provision of advice and expertise to support governance and reporting activities.

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
Working to the Practice Lead, Planning, Governance and Resource Management, you will lead the provision of advice and expertise to ensure a well-supported and joined-up, holistic approach to governance, risk management and reporting activities across the department.
Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
Develop and maintain best practice frameworks to enhance governance and risk management of ITS-related activities
Generate analysis and reporting on business, contract, and service delivery performance
Develop investment appraisals for projects and initiatives and support the business case approval process
Perform regular formal assessments to ensure IT quality and performance targets are met
Work closely with colleagues within IT and across the university
Ko koe tēnei | Who You Are
Tertiary qualification in IT or business management, or equivalent extensive industry experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an IT, or IT-related, position with experience in providing IT governance and reporting advice and support
Experience developing and maintaining insightful performance reporting
Familiarity with best practice governance, risk, and quality management practices

This is a full-time (37.5hrs), Grade 7 ($79,009 - $111,028) role based on our Palmerston North campus.
