Earthworks & Paving 2012 can offer the successful applicant the following benefits:
Min 40hrs per week plus time and a half over 50hrs per week and for any Saturday work

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people to join our team experience as follows:
Labourers:
Minimum Class 1 restricted licence
Willingness to learn the civil construction industry.
Willingness to obtain Wheels, Tracks and Rollers Licence
Current practising STMS or TMO also an advantage
Operators / Labourers:
A background in the construction industry
Good communication skills
Minimum drivers licence class 1, 2, W,T,R
Willingness to go the extra mile, jump out of a machine and pick up a shovel.
Current practising STMS or TMO also an advantage
Class 5 Driver:
Class 5 Licence and WTR
A background in construction
Willingness to get out of the truck and pick up a shovel when required
Current practising STMS also an advantage
All applicants must also have the following:
A strong focus on Health and Safety
Someone who is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, and can think independently.
A reasonable level of physical fitness and the ability to work well within a team are also essential.
