Are you an experienced Catering Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Remarkable People are recruiting for Catering Assistants to join our well-established client based in the city.

Location: Christchurch Central
Company: Remarkable People
Shift Time: 6:30am - 7:00pm
Position: Ongoing casual role with a 7-day rotating roster, long-term placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
  • Work effectively with the catering team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain high food hygiene standards in line with healthcare regulations.


Role Requirements:

  • Must have own reliable transport.
  • Ability to commit to most, if not all shifts, including weekends.
  • Be a team player, working well in a collaborative kitchen environment.
  • Previous kitchen experience is essential.


Must be up to date with COVID vaccinations (minimum of two doses plus booster) as this is a healthcare setting.
