Copthorne Hotel and Resort is looking for an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our fantastic Food & Beverage team.
This is a part-time role with a guaranteed 15 hours per week.

Do You Have the Right Experience?
This is a crucial role, and while supervisory experience is preferred, we will also consider candidates with at least two years of experience as an F&B Attendant who are eager to advance their careers. If you have proven experience in functions and events, that's a plus! Flexibility for shifts—including weekends and split schedules—is essential, as is a genuine passion for mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals.
We are looking for someone who can bring creativity to their role and inspire a team. A solid understanding of financial concepts, including budgets, wage costs, revenue, and cost control systems, will be beneficial. Experience in stock management and scheduling will also be advantageous.
By joining our welcoming team, you’ll enjoy stable employment for 12 hours per week while being part of one of New Zealand's leading hotel brands. Pay ranges from $25 to $27 per hour.
