At Quality Roof Coatings, our team is dedicated to delivering top-tier roofing solutions with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction.

We are currently looking for an organised and efficient Operations Co-ordinator to join our team based in Albany.

Our preferred candidate will have worked in a similar role within the trades sector.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating team schedules, manage resources, and ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Keeping customers, subcontractors, and internal teams updated on project timelines.
  • Tracking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring availability of materials and equipment.
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring standards are met.
  • Maintaining detailed records of project details, customer interactions, and key job data.
  • Assisting in making quotes and pricing jobs


To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate a minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar project coordination, admin or scheduling role.

You will also need to have:

  • Proficiency in project management software (or the ability to learn fast!).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
  • High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • An outgoing and friendly attitude


This is a full time position working Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 3:00pm (however there is some flexibility around start / finish times).
