The Role:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented IT Infrastructure & Network Project Manager to oversee the IT setup, network infrastructure and network replacement projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, all while adhering to the organisations Project Management, IT Change Management, and Quality Frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
Define and implement IT setup needs, including hardware, networking, and security.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for seamless service integration.
Work with engineers on cabling and connectivity requirements.
Handle procurement and scheduling for IT components.
Assist with physical setup and configuration of equipment.
Contribute to early planning and maintain accurate records.
Manage budgets and ensure regulatory adherence.
Key Requirements:
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network setup.
Experience working with vendors and service providers.
Ability to interpret technical requirements and advise on solutions.
Proficiency in planning, documentation, and process standardisation.
Hands-on approach with a willingness to assist in physical setup tasks.
Knowledge of IT procurement and installation timelines.
