Job Description

The Company

Surveying and land development specialists. They are a multi-disciplinary land surveying, planning, development, landscape architecture, architectural design and project management consultancy. Their ethos is to look beyond the horizon and to provide sustainable development for future generations.

They are involved in a diverse range of projects and clients throughout the Auckland and Kaipara region.

They are a fast-growing, privately-owned company, and are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified Planner to manage the needs of their growing business which services clients in both the private and public sectors.

They offer a relaxed team environment with a wide variety of challenging work within both the private and public sectors.

About You

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Resource Management Act 1991
  • Strength and experience in dealing with TLA’s
  • Appropriate Planning, Resource Management, Geography or Social Sciences degree
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required


You will need to be creative, with the ability to problem solve, have an eye for detail and the ability to learn quickly. A sound knowledge of the Resource Management Act is essential.
