Do You Need Experience?

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for each guest’s experience. You’ll be checking guests in and out, allocating rooms, promoting our hotel facilities, and handling daily cashiering duties. As part of your role, you’ll also resolve billing queries and address guest concerns with confidence and professionalism. We’re looking for someone who remains poised under pressure and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest moment.

If you’ve worked in a hotel front desk role before and are familiar with Opera, that’s a big advantage! However, we welcome applications from those with other reception experience who feel they have what it takes to deliver excellent service.

Fluent English and a passion for customer interaction are essential. We value individuals who thrive on managing details and delighting guests with efficiency and charm.

  • Shifts: Flexibility to cover evenings and weekends is a must.
  • Hours: Secure, guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week.
