Our award-winning Harcourts Grenadier Halswell office is on the lookout for a dynamic Personal Assistant to support one of our top-performing agents, Courtney Pero. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and brings a proactive, can-do attitude. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Preparing listing documentation and creating standout marketing collateral
Generating accurate sale and purchase agreements
Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes
Managing databases and ensuring seamless client communication
Providing timely and precise administrative support
Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our premium brand
Requirements:
Prior experience in a PA or administrative role
Real estate industry experience is advantageous
Tech savvy with strong computer skills, including MS Office
Experience with marketing and social media
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Show great initiative and also follow direction
Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
