Our client is actively seeking a highly knowledgeable Senior Business Analyst to take on a key role within their SAP Programme. This position is integral to the enhancement and management of their existing procurement and sourcing processes, with a focus on improving their SAP Ariba capability through the development of innovative processes that meet policy compliance and essential information requirements. What you'll do:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a central role in enhancing our client's procurement and sourcing processes. You will be instrumental in developing new processes that meet policy compliance and essential information requirements. Your ability to gather comprehensive business requirements, develop user cases aligned with business goals, collaborate on detailed design documents, manage test scripts, lead workshops, design training materials, and work closely with the business team will ensure your success in this role.
- Gather and document comprehensive business requirements to support the programme’s objectives.
- Develop and articulate user cases that align with business goals.
- Collaborate on detailed design documents to guide implementation.
- Create, refine, and manage test scripts and associated documentation.
- Produce deliverables related to the successful execution of test scripts.
- Lead and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to foster alignment and engagement.
- Design, review, and potentially deliver training material tailored to user needs.
- Work with the business team to draft, finalise, and implement policy and procedure documentation
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Business Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in business analysis (5 years+), particularly with SAP Ariba implementations/upgrades/integrations. Your strong skills in policy definition, technical documentation, process mapping, use of tools like JIRA, Visio, Excel, Agile methodologies will set you apart. Experience with Accounts Payable system implementations, testing procedures, and end-user training are also key aspects of this role.
- Experienced business analyst (7 years+)
