Ensure team is resourced to provide cyclic and planned routine maintenance
Act as Duty Manager which includes being part of an out-of-hours on-call roster.
Participate in arranging and running of Toolbox meetings and record meeting records/actions as required.
Act as a champion of Vensafe for the tracking of progress and reporting of outstanding actions to the team
In collaboration with the TTM and IR supervisor, manage the LMS and Implement on-site training of both field and office-based staff, to build strength in the O&M delivery team
Manage all plant including servicing, repairs and quickcheck.
Management of Cyclic crew including timesheet approval, DJR, physical supervision and SHEQ requirements
Subcontractor management
Skill, Experience and Qualification Requirements
5 years' experience in Operations and Maintenance
2 years plus experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor
Class 1 Driver's License (minimum)
Experience in a client facing role
