Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure team is resourced to provide cyclic and planned routine maintenance
  • Act as Duty Manager which includes being part of an out-of-hours on-call roster.
  • Participate in arranging and running of Toolbox meetings and record meeting records/actions as required.
  • Act as a champion of Vensafe for the tracking of progress and reporting of outstanding actions to the team
  • In collaboration with the TTM and IR supervisor, manage the LMS and Implement on-site training of both field and office-based staff, to build strength in the O&M delivery team
  • Manage all plant including servicing, repairs and quickcheck.
  • Management of Cyclic crew including timesheet approval, DJR, physical supervision and SHEQ requirements
  • Subcontractor management


Skill, Experience and Qualification Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in Operations and Maintenance
  • 2 years plus experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Class 1 Driver's License (minimum)
  • Experience in a client facing role
