Give you career a boost and join Cooke Howlison as a Parts Advisor! A new opportunity has arisen to join us in Dunedin, the Parts Advisor role contributes to our existing Aftersales team to provide the best possible experience to our customers in a dynamic work environment.

The role involves assisting our service, trade and retail clients with parts and accessory requirements for Toyota and Lexus vehicles. This position will take a special kind of Parts Advisor who loves all things cars, understands the importance of excellent customer service and enjoys exceeding expectations. You will have strong attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence.

The successful candidate must have a can do attitude, great communication skills, an outgoing personality, strong administration and computer skills are also a key part of the role.

Toyota has a strong commitment to continuous improvement, we provide extensive training and a support programme for the successful candidate.

We offer the successful candidate excellent working conditions and the opportunity to join Otago’s leading motor vehicle dealership.

  • A clean and current drivers licence is required.
  • While experience in the industry would be an advantage full training will be given - Attitude is more important than experience!
  • A pre-employment drug and alcohol test is required.
  • A NZ work visa is required.
